Working Group: Modern Technologies and Prospective Oil and Gas Industry Projects

The Committee is to be understood as a discussion and analysees platform for regular meetings and professional interaction among natural gas industry representatives, equipment manufactures and international experts focusing on medern technology application in existing and perspective national and cross-border energy projects

    The major objectives of the Modern Technologies and Prospective Oil and Gas Industry Projects Working Committee include:
  • Monitoring of modern technological trends, sharing experience and best practices in the area of improving reliability, security and efficiency at oil and gas production, transportation, storage, processing and utilization facilities;
  • Compiling consolidated technological priorities in oil and gas business, familiarizing with research and development institutions’ and engineering centers’ capabilities related to development and introduction of promising technologies aimed at project efficiency enhancement;
  • Forming advanced management and technological approaches to complicated and landmark projects such as Arctic oil and gas fields development;
  • Interacting in the area of harmonization and unification of standards, regulatory procedures, applied equipment and technologies.
