In 2022, the International Business Congress (IBC) celebrates its 25th anniversary.
During its twenty-five-year history, the IBC has been consistently developing effective mechanisms to secure interaction between representatives of business communities around the world. At present, eight Working Committees of the Congress work successfully on a permanent basis. They bring together a total of more than 100 companies and organizations. The International Business Congress has proven its resilience in difficult economic conditions and continues its activities, providing a platform for business meetings and open discussions.
We would like to recall all the milestones of the IBC history. Short articles covering biggest IBC events and major decisions taken over the period of 1997-2022 will be published on the website on a weekly basis.

On March 18, 2022 a special meeting of the Board of Executive Directors of the International Business Congress e.V. was held in a hybrid format
During the meeting, the Board addressed the management issues of the work of the IBC in 2022, including the organization of the 25th Annual General Meeting and the implementation of the working projects of the Congress.
The Board members considered a proposal to organize an absentee voting on the agenda issues of the 46th Presiding Committee meeting on May 23 to June 3, 2022, in order to hold the elections of the IBC President and Vice president as well as members of the Board and the Presiding Committee, as provided by the IBC Articles of Association.
Special attention was paid to the amendment process of the IBC Articles of Association to legalize online, hybrid and remote (written) format of the events of the International Business Congress.
Given the positive experience of the IBC General Meeting and the meetings of the Presiding Committee and the Working Committees held in online, hybrid and remote (written) formats in 2020-2021, the Board decided to recommend the IBC Presiding Committee to include the issue of amendment of the IBC Articles of Association in the voting agenda of the 25th annual General meeting to make appropriate changes to the IBC Articles of Association.
The Plenary Session and the International Conference “Affordable Energy for the Development of Global Economy” scheduled to be held within the framework of the 25th Annual General Meeting as well as other Congress events have been postponed to the second half of the year (further information, including dates of the IBC events will be published on the website additionally).
The Board members confirmed the implementation of the current IBC working projects and supported the proposal to suspend the implementation of the new projects in 2022.
On February 11, 2022 a regular meeting of the Board of Executive Directors of the International Business Congress e.V. was held in a hybrid format
The Board meeting got acquainted with the legal assessment of the representative of the IBC auditor company, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, on the possibilities to ammend the IBC Articles of Association due to the urgent need to hold IBC events online and in a hybrid format.
During the meeting the Board members addressed the current membership base and financial status of the Congress. The Board has agreed on further work to strengthen the IBC membership base.
The Board members considered a proposal for the implementation of the new Working project: the quarterly bulletin “Decarbonization and Energy Transition”, prepared by the “Industry, Innovation and Prospective Development”, “Information and Communication” and “Ecology and Healthcare” Working Committees.
The IBC Executive Secretary presented the preparatory procedure to hold the 25th anniversary Annual General meeting in a hybrid format on June 3, 2022 in the “Manezh” Central Exhibition Hall, St. Petersburg. Working Committees’ meetings will be held on June 1st and 2nd. Possible formats for the meetings will be presented to the Chairpersons for their approval. The dates and topics of the upcoming meetings of the Working Committees in spring of 2022, have been also announced. The results of the written voting in course of the 45th meeting of the Presidium of the IBC were presented at the meeting. The Board members considered the issue of new companies joining the IBC in 2022, made decisions on the organization of the Congress, planned events and the order of their financing in the coming year.
The Board discussed proposals for the program of the 25th Anniversary Annual General Meeting (June 01-03, 2022, St. Petersburg, hosted by PJSC Gazprom).
The next meeting of the Management Committee is scheduled for February 2022.

The absentee voting results on agenda items of the 45th Presiding Committee meeting of the International Business Congress e.V. were summed up on 3 December 2021. The necessary quorum (33 votes) had been achieved.
The 45th Presiding Committee meeting consented to the introduced changes in the Presiding Committee membership, approved the implementation and funding of five working projects of the Congress in 2022 as well as the IBC budget for the fiscal year 2022.
The Presiding Committee members have decided to hold the 25th Anniversary Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2022 in St. Petersburg, Russia. The focal topic of the General meeting is “Affordable Energy for the Development of Global Economy”. The meetings of the IBC Working Committees will be organized on 1 and 2 June.
The IBC Presiding committee reconciled the proposal preparation to amend the IBC Articles of Association and ensure the smooth operation of the Congress during the pandemic. The proposals will be voted on by the IBC members during the 25th Annual General Meeting in 2022.
Absentee voting in lieu of the 45th Presiding Committee meeting of the International Business Congress e.V. in written form in accordance with the law of Federal Republic of Germany “On the mitigation of the COVID-19 pandemic in civil, competition, and criminal procedure law”.
Due to the unstable epidemiological situation the IBC Board of Executive Directors decided to hold an absentee voting in written form on agenda items of the 45th Presiding Committee meeting.
The absentee voting will take place from 25 November to 2 December 2021.

On October 29, 2021 a regular meeting of the Board of Executive Directors of the International Business Congress e.V. was held in a hybrid format
During the meeting the Board members discussed results of the 24th Annual General Meeting, addressed preparations for the 45th Presiding Committee meeting in December 2021 and the 25th anniversary Annual General meeting in 2022 as well as current membership base and financial status of the Congress. The Board has prepared a draft budget for the next year and agreed on necessity to strengthen the IBC membership base.
The general organization of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Congress held on September 14-17, 2021 in St. Petersburg and Singapore in a hybrid format has been highly praised and acknowledged as successful by the Board members. The event was attended by 437 participants, including representatives from 124 IBC member-companies and guests.
The Board members reviewed 2021 annual report on implementation of the IBC working projects and considered the budget for their implementation in 2022. Currently the IBC is sponsoring 5 social projects: Leo Tolstoy European School in Berlin; the scholarship program; Medical support for children diagnosed with cerebral palsy; international students project “Youth Day – Energy of the Future”; international competition for young scientists “Oil and Gas Projects – a Glance into the Future”.
At the meeting several proposals on dates, venue and a focal topic of the 25th Anniversary Annual General meeting have been considered. These proposals will be a subject to vote on by the Presiding Committee members during the meeting in December 2021.
Due to the negative development of the COVID-19 pandemic and an increased number of new coronavirus cases the IBC Board decided to hold the 45th Presiding Committee meeting in December 2021 online. The voting on procedural matters included in the agenda of the meeting will be held in written form. The necessary information materials as well as ballot papers will be distributed among the Presiding Committee members in advance.

24th Annual General Meeting of the International Business Congress took place on 17 September 2021. The meeting was held in a hybrid format in two studios: in St. Petersburg and Singapore. The participants of the General meeting had also the opportunity to join the meeting online.
In the opening speech Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom and IBC President Dr. A. Miller noted that such trends in the global economy as digitalization and climate goals set on the agenda by many companies and countries remain in the focus of the Congress’s attention. Dr. Miller expressed confidence that the global problem to reduce environmental impact can be solved using natural gas. Dr. Miller has also announced the 25th anniversary Annual General Meeting to be held in St. Petersburg next year.
At the Plenary Session the Coordinator of the IBC Board, Mr. A. Boeldt delivered an IBC Board annual report, presenting an overview of the financial status and a membership base of the Congress. He also announced voting results on agenda of the 44th meeting of the IBC Presidium and the 24th Annual General Meeting held in June this year in written form. After that Chairmen of eight IBC Working Committees delivered their progress reports on the work of their committees executed in 2020-2021.
The participants of the General meeting took part in the international conference held on the topic: “Challenges and Opportunities of Growing Energy Markets in Asia”.
The conference was moderated by Dr. A. Medvedev (Advisor to Director General of Gazprom Export) in studio in St. Petersburg and Mr. S. Edrenkine (Director General of Gazprom Marketing & Trading Singapore) in studio in Singapore.
Following speakers presented their reports at the conference: Dr. A. Miller (Chairman of the Management Committee of Gazprom), prof. Dr. K-D. Maubach (Chief Executive Officer, UNIPER SE), Mr. G. Kunihiro (President of Diamond Gas International Pte), Dr. B. Frei (Executive Vice President, Industrial Automation Market, Schneider Electric Industries SAS), Mr. L. Pack Sing (Assistant Chief Executive Officer, Enterprise Singapore) and Mr. D. bin Abdullah (Group Chief Executive Officer, Bintulu Port Holdings Berhad).
From 14 September to 16 September eight IBC Working Committees held their meetings in a hybrid format.
Over 500 participants have registered to take part in the 24th Annual General Meeting of the International Business Congress. They have attended the events of the forum in studios in St. Petersburg, Singapore and watched the meetings online.
On August 27, 2021 a regular session of the Board of Executive Directors of International Business Congress e.V. was held online.
During the meeting members of the Board have been updated on the preparatory work for the 24th Annual General Meeting, current membership base and financial status of the Congress. The Board also outlined the preliminary plan to hold the 25th jubilee Annual General Meeting in 2022.
As previously decided by the Presiding Committee the 24th Annual General meeting will be held on 17 September 2021 as a hybrid event in two studios: in St. Petersburg at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Center and in Singapore at the premises of Gazprom Marketing and Trading Singapore. Both locations will be connected via video conferencing. A limited number of guests will be granted a personal access to the forum.
Prior to the AGM meetings of eight IBC Working Committees will be held on 14-16 September in a hybrid format in St. Petersburg. The updated schedule of the meetings as well PCR test requirements for offline attendees is now available on the IBC website.

On July 06, 2021 a regular session of the Board of Executive Directors of International Business Congress e.V. was held online.
The Board members were presented with the results of a written vote on the agenda of the 44th meeting of the Presiding Committee and the 24th Annual General Meeting of the IBC.
According to the official minutes, a quorum was reached, decisions on all issues put to a vote were made and the vote was deemed to have taken place. Voting results will be presented during the Plenary Session of the 24th IBC Annual General Meeting in September 2021.
Board members discussed procedures and a draft program of events of the 24th Annual General Meeting scheduled for a mixed format this fall. The new dates for the events were approved:
16 September 2021: Meetings of the IBC Working Committees
17 September 2021: 24th IBC Annual General meeting.
Members of the Board have considered the draft budget of IBC for the next year and discussed, among other things, the planned amount of funds to be allocated to finance the IBC social projects in 2022.
IBC Working Committee “Modern Technologies and Prospective Oil and Gas Industry Projects” held XIV meeting as a hybrid event
On 24 June 2021 the XIV meeting of the “Modern Technologies and Perspective Oil and Gas Projects” Working Committee of the International Business Congress was held in a hybrid format and dedicated to “Trends and Prospects of the Aerospace Technologies Application in Oil and Gas Industry”.
Chaired by Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, Gazprom, Dr. Vitaly Markelov the meeting took place in Shchelkovo near Moscow and was hosted by JSC Gazprom Space Systems.
More than 70 participants from 35 countries attended the meeting.
The Deputy Minister of Energy of the Moscow Region Mr. E. Gavrilov, First Deputy Director General for the Development of Orbital Constellation and Prospective Projects, Roscosmos State Corporation Mr. Y. Urlichich and twice Hero of the Soviet Union, General Designer of the rocket and space corporation “Energy”, 56th Soviet cosmonaut, Mr. V. Soloviev warmly greeted the participants of meeting.
During the meeting following distinguished speakers delivered their presentations on related topics: Mr. D. Sevastiyanov, Director General, JSC Gazprom Space Systems (“Use of aerospace technologies for monitoring and control of Gazprom Group facilities”); Mr. M. As part of the meeting the participants visited the Korolev-based (Moscow region) museum of the Rocket and Space Corporation “Energy” named after S. Korolev.
On decisions passed by the 44th Presiding Committee meeting of the International Business Congress e.V.
The absentee voting pursuant to the German Law on measures in company, cooperative, association, foundation, and residential property law to combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in lieu of the 44th Presiding Committee meeting has ended on 17 June 2021. The necessary quorum (36 votes) was achieved.
The 44th Presiding Committee meeting approved the decision to recommend the nominated companies for expulsion by the 24th Annual General Meeting, accepted the submitted resignations of the members of the IBC Presiding Committee, elected new Presiding Committee members and due to the resignation of the Chairman of the “Information and Communication” Working Committee elected his successor.
The absentee voting on issues on the agenda of the 24th Annual General meeting will take place from 21 June to 30 June 2021.

On May 27, 2021 a regular session of the Board of Executive Directors of International Business Congress e.V. was held online.
In the course of the meeting members of the Board evaluated results of the 43rd Presiding Committee meeting, discussed modalities for preparation of the 24th Annual General meeting, considered current membership and financial status of the Congress.
The Board members recognized successful organization of the 43rd Presiding Committee meeting, held on 23 April 2021 via videoconferencing, commending good work of the IBC Secretariat.
As decided by the Board an absentee voting (in written form) on the procedural matters included in the agendas of the 44th Presiding Committee meeting and the 24th Annual General meeting and a survey on participation format of IBC members in AGM in September will be conducted in June 2021.
This year the IBC offers its members an opportunity to attend the 24th Annual General meeting either in person in one of the designated studios in Germany, Russia or Singapore in compliance with sanitary norms or to join the event via video conferencing.

43rd Presiding Committee Meeting of the International Business Congress (IBC)
The 43rd Presiding Committee meeting of the International Business Congress was held online on 23 April 2021, chaired by the IBC President Dr. Alexey Miller and the IBC Vice President Dr. Rainer Seele.
The meeting was attended by 38 Presiding Committee members constituting a quorum.
In his welcome address Dr. Miller stressed the fact that “despite today’s restrictions, the IBC continues to fulfill its mission of consolidating the international expert community in the energy sector”.
Dr. Seele highlighted in his speech the significant contribution of the IBC to the development of such important areas as sustainable energy supply, education, health and environmental protection. The objectives can only be achieved through close and trustful cooperation.
The participants summarized the 2020 results, presented reports on the work of the IBC Executive Board and the eight Working Committees of the IBC.
Three central agenda items were put to vote during the meeting. The Presiding Committee members recommended to the General Meeting to endorse changes in the composition of the Presiding Committee. The meeting approved of the prolongation and further funding of the IBC social projects in 2021 and confirmed the arrangements for and the central topic of the 24th Annual General Meeting.
The Presiding Committee decided to hold the 24th Annual General Meeting on 23-24 September 2021 in Singapore as a hybrid event. The central topic of the 24th Annual General Meeting will be the “Challenges and Opportunities of Growing Energy Markets in Asia”.
Elena Burmistrova, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee at PJSC Gazprom, spoke on the central topic of the forthcoming forum in Singapore. In her keynote speech, she noted that “the transformation of the global energy sector cannot be successful without the countries of the Asian region, because in any foreseeable scenario they will be the main drivers behind the growth of the global demand for energy resources. At the same time, in order to secure reliable energy supplies and to phase out coal and oil products in the energy generation to combat smog, most countries of the region are choosing to count on an eco-friendly, affordable and reliable fuel – natural gas”.
At the end of the meeting the IBC President Dr. Miller invited all members and guests of the 43rd meeting of the Presiding Committee Meeting to participate in the 24th General Meeting of the IBC in September 2021 in Singapore.
Modern Technologies and Prospective Oil and Gas Industry Projects Working Committee discussed gas-chemical technologies for natural gas processing
On April 12, 2021, the XIII meeting of Modern Technologies and Prospective Oil and Gas Industry Projects Working Committee was held online, chaired by V. Markelov, the Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee.
A key topic of the meeting was the trends and prospects for the development of gas-chemical technologies for natural gas processing. In this regard, it is no coincidence that the 13th meeting was hosted by SIBUR Holding PJSC, the largest integrated petrochemical company in Russia and one of the most dynamically developing companies in the global petrochemical industry.
In the introductory statement V. Markelov pointed out that the dynamic growth of global demand for natural gas processing products requires the oil and gas complex to continuously develop competencies and technologies in the field of gas chemistry. Nevertheless, the gas processing industry has made a significant progress in recent years.
“Through the company’s efforts the production facilities modernization has been carried out, complex investment projects are being implemented. Today, the gas processing developmental vector is aimed at producing competitive products that meet international quality, safety and environmental standards”, – informed the Head of the Working Group.
The experience of leading companies in implementing gas-chemical projects, modern technologies for improving the efficiency of extraction of target components from natural gas, as well as the main techniques of natural gas utilization in chemical industry were discussed during the meeting.
M. Karisalov, the Chairman of the Board, General Director of SIBUR LLC gave the detailed explanations on the current business model of the company, which is intended to ensure its orderly development up to the level of leading world companies of petrochemical industry “not only and not so much on tons, but due to the labor productivity, standards of sustainable development, systems of development and motivation for personnel”. He also addressed the SIBUR expertise in the establishment of the largest polymer manufacturing plant in the Russian Federation (2 million tons per year) – ZapSibNeftehim.
Currently, the company is implementing the Amur Gas Chemical Complex project in the Amur region, which will become one of the largest producers of base polymers in the world. The future complex is a part of a deep hydrocarbon processing cluster being created in the region and is technologically related to the Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) of PJSC Gazprom. The project plays an important role in the 2030 development strategy of the chemical and petrochemical complex in Russia. D. Borisova, the Managing Director (Development and Innovation) of SIBUR LLC talked about its prospects and implementation progress in details.
The experience of Gazprom in the development of hydrocarbon raw materials processing was presented by Yu. Lebedev, the Head of the Department of PJSC Gazprom, General Director of Gazprom Pererabotka Blagoveshchensk LLC. Among other it was noted that the gas processing development trends coincide with general strategic goals of PJSC Gazprom and are intended to ensure profitability of the company investments and GDP growth of Russia.
J. Nowicki, Executive Vice President Linde plc and Chief Executive Officer of Linde Engineering, talked about technological equipment for cryogenic gas separation producing helium and other components for gas petrochemistry, including those supplied to the Amur GPP. I. Afanasyev, Principal Deputy Director General of RusChemAlliance LLC, presented gas processing complex in Ust-Luga.
In addition, the meeting participants discussed hydrogen production technology from methane by applying chemical cycles method, product manufacturing technology from synthesis gas by applying Fischer-Tropsch method, as well as technologies for electricity production from natural gas by applying fuel cells.
Presentations were also made by Dr. A. Nortemann, BASF SE Vice President, who presented OASE® gas purification technologies for natural gas processing, and Z. Yujun, Deputy General Director of PetroChina Oil and Gas Refining and Chemicals Company, who explained utilization process of natural gas for chemical products manufacturing in China.
CNPC is China’s largest producer and supplier of natural gas used as a clean energy source. Natural gas is a source for ammonia, hydrogen, methanol, etc. production. Regarding this, CNPC attracts great attention to technical research in the field of intensive natural gas utilization. Among prospect technologies are methane cracking for hydrogen production, hydrogen production from methane via chemical looping, as well as ethylene production via oxidative methane coupling technique. It was noted that in research on catalysts, which are used for hydrogen and carbon nanomaterials production, the company focused on the direct catalytic decomposition of natural gas. As a consequence, a metal catalyst with a special structure has been developed. It is characterized by high strength and wear-resistance. The total carbon conversion rate of natural gas is over 50%, and 95% of the obtained carbon material consist of multi-walled nanotube material. Z. Yujun also shared his experience of generating electricity from natural gas using fuel cells. As a result of CNPC research, it became possible to produce electricity from natural gas by self-heating of solid oxides and obtain following parameters: the power of a single element reached 8 W, the power of a unit was 89 W, and the power generation efficiency was more than 40%. Z. Yujun noted that natural gas would play an even greater role in the future of energetics, chemical industry and especially for the low-carbon development. It is expected that gas, as a chemical raw material, will also gain a wider industrial application.
Taking into account online format of the meeting, SIBUR Holding PJSC, as a host party, offered a virtual tour for participants around its plant ZapSibNeftekhim located in Tobolsk.
Summarizing meeting results, V. Markelov thanked the participants for the informative presentations and the relevance of the issued raised during the meeting. Taking into account new challenges in gas industry and the achieved level of scientific and technological progress in the field of gas chemistry, it is important to promote new technologies and breakthrough solutions. In this regard, V. Markelov informed the meeting participants about the IV International Young Scientists Awards “Oil and Gas Projects: A Glance into the Future” and asked to provide it with maximum assistance in 2021. This ambitious project was established by International Business Congress and has been carried out since 2018; it is organized by IBC Modern Technologies and Prospective Oil and Gas Industry Projects Working Committee together with “Gas Industry” scientific and technical journal. This competition proved to be an effective platform for promoting initiatives of young scientists offering solutions for oil and gas industry. The winners have an opportunity to do internships at the leading energy companies – members of International Business Congress and gain international experience.
The online meeting was held on the platform of “Neftegaz Territory” mobile application with the technical and organizational support of “Gas Industry” journal.
Considering that 2021 marks the 60th anniversary of the first human space flight, the participants of the meeting agreed to discuss the topic “Trends and prospects of the aerospace technologies application in oil and gas industry” during the next meeting. Therefore, it is planned that the next meeting will be hosted by Gazprom Space Systems JSC.
IBC Working Committees “Industry, Innovations and Prospective Development” and “Ecology and Healthcare” held a joint meeting
On 19 April 2021 a joint meeting of IBC Working Committees “Industry, Innovations and Prospective Development” and “Ecology and Healthcare” held a joint meeting dedicated to the topic: “Ensuring Energy Security During Energy Transition”.
The meeting was chaired by:

The joint meeting was hosted by Baker Hughes and gathered 80 attendees from 50 companies – members of IBC.

Eligibility: a researcher / a research team of scientists of up to 35 years of age from any country. Applications from joint research teams of young scientists from different countries are encouraged.

Applications must be prepared in English and submitted through the competition website. Award decisions will be made by the Jury based on the results of peer review and reviewers’ recommendations.

The IBC Working Committee “Law, banking and finance” held the online meeting
On 9 April 2021 the IBC Working Committee “Law, banking and finance” held the online meeting on “Methods of overcoming the “perfect storm” in the finances of Gas industry without increasing the company’s consolidated debt”.
The meeting was chaired by: Dr. F. Sadygov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, PJSC Gazprom, Chairman of the Committee.
Welcoming address on behalf of the host of the meeting was delivered by Mr. Régis Monfront, Chairman of the Board of Directors Credit Agricole CIB AO, Russia.

Participants of the meeting shared their professional experience and exchanged opinions on most pressing and significant business issues oil and gas companies face today due to current changes taking place in global economy and, particularly, in energy sector.
Apart from that, the meeting attendees discussed various tools to raise debt financing at time of increasing geopolitical risks, analyzed state and prospects of market development for project and lease finance, and considered advantages of perpetual bonds.
Throughout the meeting participants were able to address their questions to speakers via live chat. The answers have been provided by the end of the session.
Results of a survey conducted among the participants of the meeting have been presented upon the completion of the session and found as follows:

are ready to attend the meeting of the Committee in Singapore in September 2021in case epidemiological situation improves;

On March 25, 2021 a regular session of the Board of Executive Directors of the International Business Congress e.V. was held online.
The Board members have been apprized on the approved IBC annual financial report 2020. The members of the Board considered the current membership developments, activities of the Congress in 2021: the Presiding Committee Meeting and the Annual General Meeting including a procedure for organizing video conferencing and informational support of the IBC events. The Executive Board noted the stable state of the IBC membership base.
The members of the Board considered and approved the ongoing process of preparations for the 43rd Presiding Committee meeting to be held on 23 April 2021 via videoconferencing.
The members of the Board agreed on decision to call for the 24th Annual General Meeting in September in Singapore in a form of a hybrid event, offering an opportunity for IBC members to participate either offline or online. The final decision is to be voted on by the Presiding Committee members in April 2021.
It was also noted that meetings of the IBC Working Committees will take place between 12 March and 15 April 2021 via video conferencing. The schedule of the meetings is available on the IBC website.

The online meeting of the IBC Working Committee «Human Resources»on the topic «Personnel planning. The continuity of generations» was held оn March 26, 2021.

The participants of the meeting shared the experience of oil and gas companies in the field of personnel planning, discussed key trends in personnel planning in the era of energy transition, the development of digital technologies in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Рarticipants also noted the importance of strategic personnel planning, on the basis of which the work of HR services should be built in the following areas:
training and formation of a reserve of personnel at different levels and areas of activity;
development of the system of accumulation and transfer of knowledge within the company, taking into account the characteristics of different generations of employees who make up the company’s teams.
During the meeting, a report on the implementation of the HR Committee project «Youth Day» in 2020 and plans for its implementation in 2021 was presented by Mrs. Yana Klementovichus, Director St Petersburg State University of Economics, Higher Economic School. The report noted the great contribution and the expert support to the project by the IBC members: PJSC «Gazprom», Uniper SE, Wintershall Dea GmbH, Shell, OMV AG, N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie, Energy Delta Institute, etc.
On March 12, 2021 the IBC working committee “Business Security” held an online meeting dedicated to the topic: “Key Issues of Ensuring the Safety of Personnel and Assets of IBC Member Companies in Times of COVID-19 Crisis.”
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Sergey Khomyakov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee, PJSC Gazprom and was attended by 32 representatives from 16 companies.

They also addressed a wide range of issues related to the development and implementation of measures to ensure safety of property, personnel and enterprises.
The online meeting was wrapped up with a traditional general discussion of the most pressing issues of the Committee’s work.
