are to identify and promote cutting-edge technology and innovation for the oil and gas industry; support and encourage young scientists’ research work and enhance international scientific and technical collaboration.

The International Business Congress (IBC) / The Modern Technologies and Prospective Oil and Gas Industry Projects Committee; Gas Industry Journal (founder – Gazprom); Gazprom; leading Russian and foreign energy companies, above all IBC members; Russian and foreign universities, scientists, subject-matter experts and young researchers / research team of scientists of up to 35 years of age.
