Several events organized by the International Business Congress e.V. took place from 13th to 16th of September 2022: a Roundtable dedicated to “Climate strategies in the context of global challenges”, a meeting of the IBC “Industry, Innovation and Prospective Development” Working Committee and closing sessions of the IBC Working projects - the “Youth Day” and the “International Young Scientists Awards in the Field of Oil and Gas: A Glance into the Future”.

Аксютина, Председателя Рабочего комитета МДК «Промышленность, инновации и перспективное развитие», заместителя Председателя Правления — начальника Департамента, ПАО «Газпром», объединил 77 участников из Германии, КНР, Индонезии, Нидерландов, России, Сербии и Словении.
The meeting was moderated by Dr. A. Medvedev, Chairman of the IBC Board and Dr. K. Romanov, Director General of Gazprom Hydrogen LLC.
On the same day members of the IBC “Industry, Innovations and Prospective Development” Working Committee gathered for the 70th meeting dedicated to “Digital transformation - a look into the future”. The meeting participants considered the immediate prospects for the digital development of oil and gas enterprises in the current realities and factors affecting the functional reliability of digital systems. They also got acquainted with a specialized software.
From 13th to 15th of September 2022 best final projects of the Virtual Academy participants have been presented within the framework of the international educational student project “Youth Day: Energy of the Future”. The winners were awarded commemorative certificates.
On 15th of September 2022 the awarding ceremony was held for the winners of the “International Young Scientists Awards in the Field of Oil and Gas: A Glance into the Future”. According to the final results the first three places have been awarded to the young scientists from Russia and China; 2 participated scientists received special prizes and 10 researchers from Russia, China, Iran, Uzbekistan, Ghana and Belarus were given certificates for achievements in science and innovation.
All events were held within the framework of the XI St. Petersburg International Gas Forum.
